[GNAM] pollo al basilico (was: Re: [Thai] cos'e' il cilantro?)

grazie a tutti per le risposte ed ecco qui la ricetta, anche se non l'ho
ancora provata:

                        GAI PAD PRIG
        (Thai Saute Chicken with Chilies and Basils)

1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp (or to taste) sliced red and green chilies
1/4 cup oil
1 cup chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces, about 1/2" thick
1 cup washed basil leaves (Thai basils preferred)
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce (Nam Pla)
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves

DIRECTIONS

Fry garlic and chilies in oil over medium heat until fragrant. Add
chicken and cook until 
just about done (do not over cook the chicken). Add the rest of the
ingredients, except 
the cilantro leaves, stir and heat through. Transfer the chicken to a
serving plate and 
garnish with cilantro. Serve with cooked rice. Makes 2 servings. 

NOTE: Meat used in this dish can be any kind. (shrimps, fish  fillets,
squids, pork or 
beef).
